    How to use

    For those who say there's no instructions, you're right!
    The metal cup sits in the base, the small 'grate' sits on top of that, and the charcoal sits on the top of them both.
    I personally use a kitchen 'carameliser' to set the disk alight and wait for the white ash to form, much like a barbeque, them drop your wood chip on top of that and then put your cover over it.

    It's a shame oudattar doesn't reply to your concerns or pop a sheet of paper in the box, or have these instructions on this site,
    So sadly it's a dropped star from me

    I love the smell of these wood chips, I haven’t burned them yet as I am looking for the right burner. I’m so glad these chips are available and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying them.

    How long do deliveries take?

    We typically dispatch orders Mon-Fri at 2pm. If you have placed an order before that, it will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Signed First Class delivery service which should arrive the following working day.

    Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
