      Thisnis really great oud chips smell is amazing. But lost then next day somewhere around the house. Great idea, with safety cover and this energy swastika on top simbol of good luck and spirituality.

      Almost Perfect

      The supplied wood chips (Vietnam) have a lovely aroma, filling the house. The burner itself is neat and well-made. A set of instructions would be useful, as it's not immediately obvious which way the little removable perforated brass burner sits in the main unit. And the charcoal fuel lights in a somewhat unusual way, sending out tiny sparks before the main combustion settles down. Other than these two minor points, we're well-pleased with the set!

      I’m glad I got this set it’s a good starter set. Coal takes long time to light properly and I find leaving lid off better to help coal not to go out. I have used a variety of oud chips now and am hooked

      How long do deliveries take?

      We typically dispatch orders Mon-Fri at 2pm. If you have placed an order before that, it will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Signed First Class delivery service which should arrive the following working day.

      Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
