    Responding to the customer who thought these were Oud

    This response is to the customer who thought the Coal Pods were Oud. You light the Coal Pod then lay the Oud on top of the Coal Pod and the Oud aroma is released slowly

    Doesn't smell of "Oud"

    Not sure what this is but it isn't Oud. It burns and creates alot of heat. No nice oud aroma just the same smell as a fire

    How long do deliveries take?

    We typically dispatch orders Mon-Fri at 2pm. If you have placed an order before that, it will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Signed First Class delivery service which should arrive the following working day.

    Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
